This month so far has been uneventful.  I’ve been working less hours, and have tons of free time. I’ve finished 5 books already and it’s only the middle of the month. LOL. I’ve been reading a lot of  Chick Lit books by Sophie Kinsella. On Monday I bought 4 of her Shopaholic books. I have been obsessed with the series ever since I started the first one earlier this month. They’re really easy to get into, even if you’re not the type of person who reads. Like me. HAHA, never thought the day would come when I would choose reading over going out to the bar/club. It has given me some sort of peace in my life.

TV has taken over my life too. I’ve been obsessed with everything on the Discovery Channel. ESPECIALLY Dirty Jobs. Oh man, that show is fucking hilarious. Been watching CSI at least 4 times a day too. I like that it is on so much after I get home from work. It’s relaxing. Speaking of CSI, tomorrow/today (Thurs 15th) is Grissoms last day!! I’m definitely tuning into it tonight.

Monday I also picked up a classic Wii remote controller. I’m playing The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time. A classic. It’s still fun to play even after all these years. By far one of the best classic games out there.

Sunday I ended up getting my new iPods. LOVE. It pretty much made my whole week. To answer the questions I got on my previous entry asking why do I have 2 iPods. It’s because I originally upgraded to the 160GB because my library wont fit on any smaller iPods. I have an obsession with music, and can’t bear not having it ALL with me. I had a nano as well because I got it for only $50 from a friend, and thought it was worth snatching that deal. I use the nano mainly for the gym. I would rather not bring the Classic iPod there because I fear ruining it. LOL ….. hope that answers the question.

BTW Gelaskins are amazing!!! I ordered a few earlier this week, and they came in today. I posted them on my flickr account. So check them out!! I’m pleased with the way they turned out. This one was my first iPod with Gelaskins a year ago or so. I love their designs. They are just so unique.

Christmas is coming soon, and I haven’t even done ANY shopping. Uh Oh! I’m lucky that I don’t have to buy for that many people or I think I would go crazy. I need to get gifts for 8 or 9 people. Mostly family. I already thought of a gift for my dad. Now I just have to go get it. I’m getting him concert tickets for The Trans-Siberian Orchestra. I probably will pick them up either tonight or on Saturday. Now everyone else.. I dunno. :/

How come ever time I log into my Word Press, there is always a new version available?! I swear I upgrade it at least every month or so. Annoying.

On Tuesday I met Tila Tequila at her book signing. She was super nice! I was pleasantly surprised since I’ve heard the opposite from everyone who has met her. LOL Maybe she kinda HAD to be nice, because everyone was buying her book. Oh well. Check out my Flickr page of the page she signed for me and my Facebook tagged videos of it. I love it!

I got through Sunday. Thank you for all your support. It means a lot to me to know that there are people here for support *HUGS* My dad, my bro Mike, his fiance’ Alison and I went up together and paid our respects. My dad read various bible versus and some other written work he found. It was very peaceful and I know that I would’ve made my mom happy to see that. We got through the blizzard and frigid temperatures (felt like -23C). lol

Here I am, sitting alone at the computer on a Saturday night. This feels lame. I wanted to go out dancing tonight, but all of my girls were not so into my plans. Ugh. Oh well. I’ve been out the past two nights, I guess I really should take it easy.

With all this hype about the Twilight movie, I felt the need to jump on the bandwagon. So I bought the book last week, finished it in 2 nights, and now am on to the 2nd book, New Moon. I’m surprised to say I actually really liked it. I can’t wait to see what happens in the series. Tomorrow I am seeing it with my friend Sam. So super excited!!!!

I Haven’t been up to that much lately. Mostly working and going out. Same stuff. Work has been busy. Now working 40 hours a week regularly and getting use to it heh. I am disappointed in myself that I haven’t gone to the gym in a week though. Oops. Since I’ve been working late until 10pm, afterwards I really don’t feel like going. I’ll try to set a new goal that will make me go. This week I don’t work later, so hopefully that will be enough for me. AND I’ll make my friend go with me! She hasn’t been in a while too.

I finally got my pre-ordered game of Guitar Hero World Tour. AND I love it! Guitar Hero never seems to disappoint me. A lot of really good songs to play. Though I have yet to play online. I’m kinda scared to join a band or start a challenge for fear that I am not good enough. LOL I’ve seen some expert players, and man, I would get my ass handed to me.. BUT if you have the game (for Wii), please add me! My friend code is in my flickr Still on the topic of video games. I also have been playing Animal Crossing City Folk. I’ve been playing Animal Crossing on my DS for 2 years straight. Am completely obsessed with it. So City Folk is not any different. Same things on the new game, plus a new option to travel to the city. The game is also works with the new Wii Speak (allows players to hear you while you are online). I bought that along with the game, just gotta find out when my friends are online so I can test out that option. I think that will be interesting. hehe My friend code is also on my flickr for that game.

My left wrist is starting to hurt (prob from playing GH4), so I’ll leave it at this. Bye!

I can’t believe it’s already November. Where did October go? Well I’m kinda glad October is over and done with, it was not a good month for me. Sorry for such a depressing last post. I had to get that out. Now I’m good.

So Halloween was last weekend. What did everyone do? I myself went to 3 parties. That were all really good! Only got 1 costume this year since I’m trying this new thing on saving money. AH HAHA. I dressed up as a sailor. You probably or have seen the pictures on Flickr or Facebook. I will be posting more on flickr when I am done this update. Halloween is my favorite time I year! There was like a new different horror movie on at all hours of the day! My fave. HAHA I must have watched over a dozen movies within the past 2 weeks.

I’m getting really hyped about Saturday. TIESTO is coming!!! I got my tickets to see him, so that shall be amazing, since I love him! But this time I will make sure NOT to drink a lot like the last time. I actually wanna remember the night this time. lmao.

Well, it is almost 5am right now, and surprisingly I am still awake. I have been catching up with a few people on msn and updating my site. I was getting sick of my old layout, so I used another template from the same designer. She does pretty cute Word Press layouts, check her out at the bottom of the page My next step would be to learn how to make my own, but I don’t have the patience or time anymore to learn something new like that. I would think it would take a bit of time to.

I’ve been thinking more about my birthday plans. B-day is THIS coming up Sunday (26th). My girl Melissa made an event on Facebook for this Saturday. We are planning on doing a downtown Toronto night, and stay at a hotel. Just so we don’t have to find someone to be the DD for the night. No one ever wants to do that. We’ve invited a small group of people to come, who have all surprisingly said yes But one thing that makes me sad is that none of my friends, who I have been friends with since HS, will not be there. It is another guys birthday on Friday and he already made plans before me. But that’s life. You can’t always get what you want. Also, the majority of them never showed up to my celebrations last year.. so why invite them this year? Ah well.. doesn’t matter. I will have my fun regardless.

I haven’t decided where to go yet. So suggestions are open. These are some of the nightclubs that are on my list.  Circa, Republik, Rockwood, Boulevard Room, Cantina Charlies… Last year I went to Inside, and that was okay. I would like to go somewhere I would be guaranteed to have fun! I am absolutely in love with the DJ in the Skyy lounge room at Circa. He plays a mash up of Hip-Hop, Reggae and mainstream music mixed in House. It’s original and every time I’ve been, I always go back to that room. The club is huge itself (53,000 square foot, 4 stories), so there is a lot to do. Only thing that is holding me back are the prices. First it’s $20 cover w/o guestlist, and $10 mixed drinks. Is kinda steep for my (poor) group of friends and guys aren’t so willing to waste money on you there. LOL

I really wish I could be in Las Vegas for my birthday. I’ve been to every club there and let me tell you. NONE are downers, like at all. It’s so much better to party there. Ladies are treated like queens, the way it should be!   Oh well, maybe for next years birthday!
