What’s new with me since I last update? Well since I last update, it was NOVEMBER! It is now January 2010! Been a while!

School: First semester went well. I ended up pretty much acing most of my classes, ended up with a 4.0 GPA and on the honor roll. Go me! pfft… no, but really.. that has never happened to me before. The last time I was “smart” was when I was in grade 2.. in 1992! HAHAHAHAHA  Even in the family, good grades only happened to my oldest of brothers. My other brother and I were the … underachievers or just lazy. heh

Christmas was okay. I’ve never really gotten into the holiday season since my mom died 2 years ago. Since she passed in December, it’s very hard for my family and I to celebrate. So we just had a low-key Christmas, exchanged gifts with the immediate family, and had a nice dinner.

I also went on holiday the last week of December! Went to Vancouver with Laur to visit Kiki!!! We had a blast! BC is so much different than anywhere on the East Coast. It’s so beautiful! As soon as the pilot announced that we were landing soon, we checked out the window.. and I was in AWE. The MOUNTAINS! My gosh. I don’t remember seeing mountains quite like it. So pretty! It is also insanely clean on the streets of Vancouver. EVERYWHERE. No garbage, no smellyness… It’s so different than Toronto. I would love to move there, if I had the money to.. and a got a job there. New years was good, we all dressed up and partyed at Kira’s place. It was fun.

Semester 2 started up this week. I’ve only had 3 classes out of the 6.. but it seems to be going well. I have a lot of fun classes to look forward to! I even get to learn about … Photoshop. HAHAHAHA I’m aiming for high 90’s in that course! Wish me luck! lmao ….

Life is good. Just doing school and work, etc. Same stuff.

On Friday I saw Donnie Wahlberg perform his new singles, and some other nkotb songs. The surprise of the night was that Joey McIntyre showed up!! It was unbelievable!! I had a great time. I have lots of video from the night, and a few pictures. We got pretty close to the stage. Squeezed our way in, it was intense lol He’s going to Montreal this Sunday, so if I decide to be crazy, I will most likely drive up there. HAHA Hey you only live once! It’s only 5 hours away ;p LOL I just need someone to come along to my craziness!

Anyway, I’ll make this short, and possibly write more in a week or so byee

We ended up getting free wristbands for the Alexisonfire and Metric concert for next Monday. I’m pretty excited about that!! Tonight we are going to this “Movie-on-the-lawn” thing, and Country pub night… IF you go to these Frosh events and get 5 stamps (each event has one), then you get the chance to win $2500 to go towards school tuition. SO I am so doing as many as I can get to.

Last weekend I went to Montreal to go camping with the awesome Laurie. I had a really great time. I went with a friend from work who didn’t seem to have as much fun as I did, kind of a downer. BUT I made the most of it. We left here around 11am and got to the campground after 4pm. It didn’t take as long as I thought it would. I’ll definitely make the drive again if I have to OH, I also got to ride on a Ferry!!! It was pretty cool, never done that before. I was totally NOT expecting it too. It was like all of a sudden I turned in this small town and then there was a line up for the Ferry. HAHA. We celebrated by playing “I’m on a boat” by T-Pain It was rediculously fun.. HAHA We drank and tanned on the beach all day long. Now I’m so dark, it’s pretty crazy. I guess I don’t need to use my tanning minutes anymore. I don’t want to be any darker than what I am right now heh.

This coming up weekend I was supposed to go to Darien Lake, but everyone canceled last minute. So we had to cancel our reservations (n) Now this leaves me with the entire weekend and more off. I’m off Friday-Wednesday!!! What the hell am I gonna do with myself?! I wish I could plan a last minute trip, but I would only want to go to Las Vegas or maybe New York City.. and I haven’t saved up enough for semi-big trips like that. I could only afford the flights. Ah well. I may just save the money I was going to use for Darien Lake, and put it in my B-day Trip fund. I really hope that will happen! It has to!

OH!! On Monday I picked up my new laptop for school. It’s a 15″ MacBook Pro. It’s so pretty and I love it already. I even went out to the Apple store right after and picked up a pink (outter)case/shell and white sleeve for it. Customizing for me IS everything!

My summer has been pretty amazing so far. I’ve done a lot this year, trips and such. Summer’s not over yet either Let’s see; June: Saw NIN and New Kids on the Block. July:  BBQ’s, Parties, Kingston, Camping in Parry Sound. August: Caribana boat cruise, B-Days, Camping in Montreal, Darien Lake (w/ Blink concert).

I love summer!! September is coming up quick! I’m going back to school. HAHA, that shall be an interesting experience lol. I’m pretty excited for it. I haven’t been in school in 4 years! My classes are all registered, I got (some)books, parking pass… My classes are pretty good. I only have 1 8AM class and my days are pretty short too. Latest I have to be at school is 6pm. *thumbs up*

Right now I’m organizing a trip to Las Vegas. I know, surprise surprise I’m thinking about going October 29th until November 2nd FOR HALLOWEEN! I’ve only been to Vegas during summer months..  and those dates are just after my birthday. The big 2-5!!!  So I thought it would be pretty amazing to celebrate in Vegas. I hope this will happen!! I’ve been going through withdrawals ! HAHA It’s almost been a year since I went last! :O LOL

May 15-18 – MAY 2-4 WEEKEND (Victoria Day holiday). Going to Blue Mountain for the weekend like we do every year. It’s nice to get away from the normal and have a mini holiday, drinking with Friends

OHHH, My dad got his new car last weekend! He got a Smart fortwo car It’s a pretty sweet, and so much fun to drive. It’s pretty unreal  Check out my flickr, I posted 1 picture of it.. there will probably be more to come whenever I upload my new pictures from my cam.

Anyway, I went to Kingston on the 6th for Andrea’s Bday. I had a really great time. Lots of partying!! My fave. HAHA. It’s always good to get away from the normal. I love to travel so much. I’m planning on going back next week. So more fun to come! I can’t wait. This time, no crazy partying drinking… I think at least Planning on seeing Knowing. I love Nicolas Cage! His movies never disappoint me.

Last week I got a new laptop! I got this one from Best Buy it was on sale then. I picked it up last Thursday night. I’m pretty happy with it. It runs perfectly, so smooth and quick. I never thought I’d love a PC again. HAHAHAHA… I do miss my Mac OS though. oh well, soon September will come and I can use it again. har har. Laptops are so convenient,  love it. I’m not use to the webcam though. Sometimes I get freaked out that someone can see me. I’ve always had my webcam disconnected on my desktop, that’s just me being paranoid. A few weeks ago they had a episode on CSI (with Diddy btw) and they could access a stolen laptops webcam remotely.. that was freaky HAHA I know that’s all Hollywood though

IN MAY I am planning a trip to see Laurie in Montreal!!!!!! At the end of the month for her birthday. I haven’t seen her in a while. Like 2 years maybe? I forget. So I’m pretty stoked about that. Should be fun!!!

BUT other news, I got into my 1st choice!  So I didn’t really have to take that test, but I wanted to keep my options open and have different choices. My tuition for the 1st year is $5,000.. So I gotta start saving. I am kinda depending on getting a OSAP loan. I don’t think I will be able to save up that much for July/Aug? :/ *Keeps fingers crossed*

This weekend I’m going up to Kingston for Andrea’s Birthday!! I’m really looking forward to it! Anywhere is better than where I am.. HAHA I am hoping that we don’t have a snowstorm on the night I have to drive up. Last year that’s what happened, and I was so sad. I’m praying that something like that doesn’t happen.

I have another opportunity to go to Las Vegas again next month. A friend of mine is going at the end of March for the weekend, it’s so tempting!!! I really want to go for longer than that though. There’s still so many things that I haven’t seen yet! Like go to a strip club, see a wedding chapel, shows, see the outlets, Fremont St…the grand canyon. etc… & I’ve seen some deals on car rentals and they are SO CHEAP!! ..except I’m not 25 yet So I don’t know how that will work… BUT I am going for sure at the end of August again for my friend’s 21st birthday, so maybe I should wait until then. :/ *SIGH.. I don’t think I can wait THAT long! LOL

So we had reserved a booth and bottle service at the club for my friend Melissa’s birthday. When we got to the club, the bouncer/guy with the list said we weren’t on it. My first reaction was .. what the fuck ? We made the arrangements weeks in advance!! The guy continued to tell us we did not. This was while we were waiting out in the arctic temperature outside. It went on for about 10 minutes. Lucky thing the girl who arranged everything (my friends sister) remembered the guys name she had been talking to on the phone. Well the guy remembered, and he had booked us for the weekend after. I really don’t see how you can confuse the dates. It’s January 30th.. next week is a whole different month! You can’t confuse January and February. :/ He talked to someone and he finally let us in. Another peeve of mine was the carpet at the door was wet with slush and was on a slant. All of us were clearly slipping, and the 3 guys standing at the door didn’t even bother to help us. Luckily none of us slipped.

Good thing was we all got in for free. Bottles were $100 + tax and 19% Gratuity. So the bill came to $280? Not bad for downtown. The host was fun and energetic. AND pretty hot. But she kept making us drink like 3/4 full drinks of alcohol. LOL We suspected that she didn’t want us to stay at the booth for long. BUT we did! HAHA for them.

Music was great as always. 4 Korners were DJing and they’re always good. By the end of the night we all had fun. We were all pretty sloshed, and all was well at the end.
